One day, i was trying to find something about tinnitus. According to wikipedia, it is the perception of sound in the human ear in the absence of corresponding external sound(s). It is usually described as a ringing noise, but in some patients it takes the form of a high pitched whining, buzzing, hissing, humming, or whistling sound, or as ticking, clicking, roaring, "crickets" or "tree frogs" or "locusts", tunes, songs, or beeping.

What really impress me is how it can be cured. And that`s what i want to share with you. I think, everyone knows that music is a doctor. We listen to it, if we are sad, if we just would like to calm down and so alike. For this illness, you can use noise as a medicament. We would focus mainly on white noise.It can be used to:

• Enhance Privacy
• Block Distractions
• Mask Tinnitus
• Configure Audio Equipment
• Soothe Migraines
• and more...

Now we know, what`s it all about and this is the right time to try it. There are many programs, that can generate white and other noises. I have choosen this site because of it`s simplicity and it`s for free. Take a look at that site. On the left, there is a flash animation (or application). You can choose to hear white, pink or brown noise. Instructions are really simple:

• Find comfort zone
• Enjoy auditory zen

Also, there are some of natural sounds, like thunder, white or pink sounds in mp4, or IPod format. I think, it`s really worth to check this site out.

Wallpaper - Panosina - On The way up

This is one of my first wallapaper on this site and one of my first photo taken by my new camera. I call it according to a mountain near my place. Every year, there is a change to go to this mountain (not so high) and it takes you from 45 till 1 hour. It`s a really great way to do something for you health and of course to spend your free time :)

Web pages creating - NVU and GIMP
